Job summary

Lockheed Martin Space in King of Prussia, PA seeks a Level 4 Ground Software Engineer with active TS/SCI eligibility. You will craft and maintain software for ground subsystems, operate in an Agile environment, and apply DevSecOps practices to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

You will design, implement, and integrate software across Java, C#, Rust, Python, and related stacks, collaborating with a跨-disciplinary team to ship capabilities on schedule and with high quality.

Qualifications

• Deep software development and engineering background with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Experience developing ground subsystems.
• Cloud/containerization experience with distributed systems and designing for scalability.
• Experience developing microservices.
• Proficiency in Scaled Agile development and collaboration across teams.
• Current TS Clearance prior to start and ability to obtain SCI.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, test, and maintain object-oriented ground system software using Java, C#, Rust, Angular, Python.
• Support modernization efforts for efficiency, security, automation and scalability.
• Collaborate with an agile team of software, systems, and test engineers.
