Job summary

Piedmont Airlines, Inc. seeks a dependable Ground School Instructor to lead the safe, efficient classroom training of new hire and current pilots.

You will deliver in-depth instruction on aircraft systems, company policies, and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and program integrity. The role reports to the Manager, Flight Operations Ground School and requires keeping training records accurate while continuously updating content through industry publications and company guidelines.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of aircraft systems and components.
• Instructional developmental background.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the safe and efficient training of new hire and current line pilots.
• Instruct in aircraft systems, Company policies and procedures, and other pilot related subjects.
• Monitor and evaluate the training progress of line pilots.
• Maintain classrooms and other training facilities in a clean, neat condition.
• Prepare and maintain accurate, error-free training records and documentation.
• Ensure course content and instruction meets regulatory and Company requirements.
