Job summary

Piedmont Airlines, Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Station Training Supervisor in our Ground Handling Department. You will deliver on-the-job training to new team members and provide continuous learning, including hands-on de-icing training.

The role requires two years of airline experience (ticketing, gate, ramp), strong organization, and the ability to work with all levels of staff. Starting rate shown below; eligible for bonuses.

Qualifications

• Two years of airline experience, preferably encompassing all functions (ticketing, gate, ramp)
• Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• Ability to work independently, set and meet own deadlines
• Ability to work well with all levels of management and support staff
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to defuse conflicts among team members

Responsibilities

• Assign a variety of tasks and assignments to new hire employees, including airport familiarization
• Demonstrate proper use of all equipment and vehicles
• Provide hands‑on training for de-icing
• Follow up after all training events to ensure compliance
• Assist with delivery and storage of station supplies
• Provide support when special events are scheduled
