Pacific Aviation Corporation is seeking a supervisor for China Airlines to lead a team of ground staff and ensure top-tier customer service during all flight operations. You will manage schedules, verify staff presence, and coordinate with account managers to uphold safety and efficiency.

The role requires 6 months of passenger and customer service experience, adaptability, and the ability to work 5 days per week with a shift from 6:30 PM to 2:00 AM. English (and Japanese) skills are preferred.
