Randstad USA is seeking a Ground Operations Lead (Tier 1) in North Richland Hills, TX. This hybrid role blends hands-on logistics with leadership, managing flight line workflows and mentoring crew to ensure on-time, safe cargo operations.

The role requires 1-2+ years in logistics/aviation, no degree required, and offers hourly pay of $18-$20 with 6:00 AM–10:00 PM shifts. FAA Part 107 is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of fast-paced experience in logistics, aviation, warehousing, or retail operations.
• Ability to motivate others and coach team members on best practices.
• Familiarity with core performance metrics (cycle time, throughput, fulfillment accuracy).
• Clear, calm communication, especially during safety procedures.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; ability to pass a background check.
• Comfort working outdoors in all weather; stand for full shifts; lift up to 35 lbs; move rolling carts up to 160 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Flight-Ready Execution: Pick & pack with 100% accuracy; aircraft loading and quality inspections; prep flight line and ensure equipment readiness.
• Frontline Leadership: Assist Operations Lead, coordinate shift workflows, manage daily operations and frontline crew; promote safety culture.
• Support to operations with strong focus on throughput and safe cargo handling.
