Reports To: Facilities Maintenance Supervisor

Position Location: US Army, Camp Park Reserve Forces Training Area, Dublin, California

Workdays/Time: Monday-Friday, 7:30 am-4:30 pm, Occasional evening and/or weekend hours

Hourly Wage: $22.29

Qualifications:

• Must have a documented diagnosis by a licensed physician in California or a written certification from a California State rehabilitation agency.
• Must pass a government security clearance and background checks; access revocation during employment is possible.
• Must possess a valid California Driver’s License for the duration of employment.
• 1 to 2 years of experience with ground maintenance equipment such as tractors, lawn mowers, trimmers, weed eaters, edgers, forklifts, and other power tools.

Duties:

Typical duties include, but are not limited to:

• Manual labor for landscape and grounds maintenance, including mowing, trimming, leaf removal, debris cleanup, and storm drain cleaning.
• Transporting items up to 40 pounds unassisted, and heavier items with assistance or lifting devices.
• Inventory management, retrieving supplies, and tool issuance.
• Performing physical tasks and working at heights up to 16 feet.
• Routine maintenance tasks such as replacing HVAC filters, light bulbs, minor plumbing, and carpentry repairs, and transporting furniture or equipment with forklifts.

Training:

Comprehensive training will be provided. Assignments are based on skills and training completion, with entry-level tasks being routine.

Location:

Work will be performed indoors and outdoors at the US Army Camp Parks Reserve Forces Training Area in Dublin, California.
