Job summary

Avflight Corporation is seeking a customer service agent to assist airline passengers and cargo operations at the airport. You will handle ticketing, fare calculations, refunds, baggage processing, and passenger guidance with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading cargo, operating ground support equipment, cabin cleaning, and basic aircraft servicing. The role requires flexibility for swing/graveyard shifts and weekend work.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to push/pull/lift up to 50 lbs as required by duties.
• Must read and write English; bilingual skills are a plus.
• Must be 18 years or older and have legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient, friendly service to all customers and complete requested transactions.
• Arrange passenger itineraries, fare calculations, ticketing, refunds and baggage processing.
• Guide passengers between terminal and aircraft maintaining safety.
• Load/unload cargo and operate ground equipment as needed.
• Perform cabin cleaning and basic aircraft servicing, including de-icing when required.
• Adhere to safety policies and be prepared for varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

General Purpose of Job:This position is responsible for providing customer service to all people desiring to use customer or charter service by being attentive to their needs, politely handling their inquiries promptly, and completing the required transactions as noted below.
