Responsibilities

• Provide efficient, friendly customer service to all passengers and customers.
• Complete arrangements for passengers (itineraries, tickets, refunds, baggage handling) and collect excess baggage charges.
• Assist with cargo handling, loading/unloading, and cargo transfers between terminals and aircraft.
• Guide passengers from terminal to aircraft and assist with boarding and safety procedures.
• Operate ground support equipment and perform aircraft cleaning, de-icing, and cabin servicing as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned and comply with airport safety regulations.

General Purpose of Job:This position is responsible for providing customer service to all people desiring to use customer or charter service by being attentive to their needs, politely handling their inquiries promptly, and completing the required transactions as noted below.
