Qualifications

• MD/DO with board certification or eligibility.
• Active Alabama medical license.
• About 2 years outpatient experience with complex patients.
• Experience coaching/mentoring clinicians.
• Willing to reside in Alabama market and provide direct care.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical excellence in a team-based VBC model.
• Coach and mentor clinicians within the market.
• Oversee value-based care across the Alabama market.
