Job summary

Referment is building a Hedge Fund Portfolio Strategy function within its Thought Leadership team to convert market insight into investor-facing content that supports fundraising and capital retention. You will work with Investments, Communications, and Investor Relations to source and shape strategy-level material.

In this role, you will craft educational content and coordinate the drafting process for white papers, market analyses, and conference materials while managing multiple priorities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience producing alternative investment content.
• Strong research, editing, and project management skills.
• Ability to translate complex investment concepts into clear, client-ready writing.
• Comfort working directly with senior stakeholders and building an internal network quickly.

Responsibilities

• Help build a new Hedge Fund Portfolio Strategy function and support capital raising and retention.
• Source strategy- and portfolio-level insight with cross-functional teams.
• Develop hedge fund strategy summaries and evergreen investor materials.
• Lead drafting and review of white papers, market deep-dives, and conference presentations.
• Handle bespoke content requests and help scale content infrastructure.
