As General Manager you will build and mentor teams, drive visits, sales, and guest satisfaction, and create an operating culture that scales with growth while maintaining brand standards and exceptional hospitality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as General Manager or senior restaurant leader.
• Passion for clean, health-conscious dining and legendary hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead and develop leaders.
• Ability to build a team across generations and cultures.
• Extreme attention to detail and coaching capability.
• Ownership mentality with proactive problem solving.
• Strategic, entrepreneurial mindset and strong business acumen.
• Experience managing P&L, inventory, and labor scheduling.
• Valid driver’s license; background check; ABC Card and ServSafe certification.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead all restaurant operations (front, back of house, bakery) and drive business results.
• Create a culture of excellence and uphold brand standards.
• Build high-performing teams and develop future leaders as we scale.
