Coventry Structured Investments, LLC (CSI) seeks a Corporate Controller to build and lead the accounting and treasury functions from the ground up. This rare leadership role will drive GAAP reporting, treasury operations, and multi-entity consolidation for SPVs, holding companies, and future fund structures.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in accounting with GAAP expertise, CPA strongly preferred, and experience in financial services or structured finance.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with GAAP and internal control frameworks.
• 8+ years of accounting experience across multi-entity structures.
• Treasury operations experience is required.
• Experience in financial services, alternative lending, structured finance, or fund environments preferred.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, early-stage, high-growth environment.

Aufgaben

• Lead all accounting operations, including AP/AR, general ledger, accruals, revenue recognition, and month-end close.
• Oversee full treasury operations: cash management, liquidity planning, cash positioning, and capital movement across entities.
• Manage multi-entity accounting across SPVs, holding companies, and future fund structures.
• Produce GAAP-compliant financial statements, internal reporting packages, KPIs, and dashboards.
• Establish internal controls, audit readiness, and strong financial governance.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, and variance analysis.
• Coordinate corporate and multi-entity tax filings with external tax advisors.
• Improve financial systems, automation, and processes to support rapid scale.
• Support structured transactions with financial modeling, capital planning, and treasury execution.
• Build and develop the accounting and treasury team as CSI grows.
