GPAC seeks a Commercial Insurance Operations Manager to guide major operation initiatives in a brokerage environment in Los Angeles. You will own workflows, implement quality standards and manage all corporate policies while auditing Surplus Lines filing and handling consumer complaints.

The role requires 7+ years of Commercial Lines experience, a California Property/Casualty license, AMS360 or EPIC proficiency, and strong communication with internal staff and external contacts; a BA/BS is

Qualificações

• 7+ years Commercial Lines insurance account management experience.
• California Broker Property/Casualty License required.
• Complete knowledge of AMS360 or EPIC functionality.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to build trusted relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and service all policies for the organization's corporate insurance portfolio.
• Oversee auditing of Surplus Lines Filing activity from various divisions.
• Develop workflows, reporting and Quality/Professional Standards company-wide.
• Diary consumer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Attend carrier marketing meetings and distribute content to staff.
