JBS USA is seeking a Ground Beef Quality Assurance Tech I for the 1st shift in Plainwell, Michigan. The role focuses on monitoring SOPs, GMPs, and HACCP compliance while coordinating with USDA and production teams to maintain product quality.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work with others in a fast-paced environment. This position involves extended standing in cold environments and supports a safe, compliant operation.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor SOPs/SSOPs and GMP compliance; perform HACCP procedures per regulations
• Interface with USDA and present records on request
• Review records for accuracy and accountability
• Assist QA leadership in data gathering and investigations
• Collaborate with production to monitor product specs and correct deficiencies
• Propose solutions and work with minimal supervision
• Monitor food safety procedures, report and correct deficiencies
• Extended walking/standing in cold/freezing environment
• Other duties as assigned
