Job summary

Responsibilities

• Monitor SOPs, SSOPs, and GMP compliance on the floor.
• Perform HACCP procedures to comply with federal regulations.
• Work with USDA and present records to them on request.
• Review records to ensure accuracy and accountability.
• Assist QA supervisor and management in gathering data for investigations.
• Work closely with production associates in monitoring meat product for specifications, and correcting specification deficiencies.
• Assist in other duties as needed.
