Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Gross Profit Staff Accountant to ensure accurate gross profit reporting across tire center operations. You will analyze variances, work with field teams, and support GL adjustments.

The role collaborates on pricing, promotions, and system upgrades, acting as a SME for Oracle ERP, SCM, and POS platforms. The ideal candidate has an accounting degree, 3+ years of relevant experience, and strong Excel/BI skills.

Qualifications

• Accounting degree and 3+ years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience with NetSuite, Vast Online, MFCS, Customer First, and i-series.
• Experience in multi-location retail or manufacturing environments preferred.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• 35% - Reconcile monthly tire center gross profit accounts and post adjustments.
• 30% - Participate in system upgrades and automation projects (Oracle ERP, POS).
• 25% - Partner with Purchasing and Pricing to resolve inventory valuation discrepancies.
• 10% - Produce ad hoc reports and financial insights with BI tools.
