Job summary

Palisades Tahoe is seeking a Seasonal Grooming Supervisor to guide a team of 1-25 Groomers and oversee nightly grooming operations. You will ensure adherence to safety standards, company policies, and proper staffing to maintain slopes and grooming quality.

The role requires 3+ years operating a snowcat, High School diploma, and PistenBully Pro Academy training post-hire. You may assist in training and conduct mid/end-of-season reviews as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years operating a snowcat at Palisades Tahoe.
• PistenBully Pro Academy online training provided post hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 1-25 Groomers; train, plan, assign and direct work.
• Enforce safety standards and comply with labor laws and company policies.
• Oversee nightly grooming operations and delegation of tasks.
• Monitor Grooming Staff performance and ensure slope maintenance quality.
