Job summary

Palisades Tahoe Resort, LLC is seeking a Seasonal Groomer Supervisor to oversee nightly grooming operations and a grooming crew. You will perform Groomer III duties, ensure safety standards, and collaborate with management on staffing and performance reviews.

The role requires 3+ years operating a snowcat, high school diploma, and the ability to work in a mountain environment with variable conditions. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years operating a snowcat at Palisades Tahoe or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with SnowSat and basic MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 1-25 employees.
• Assist in training and evaluating staff; plan, assign and direct work.
• Ensure compliance with Federal and California labor laws.
