Job summary

Palisades Tahoe is seeking a Seasonal Grooming Supervisor to oversee the Grooming team and perform Groomer III duties in support of daily operations. You will supervise 1–25 employees, train staff, and ensure safety and policy adherence across all grooming tasks.

Responsibilities include nightly grooming oversight, daily snow reporting, and assisting management with end-of-season reviews. Requires 3+ years snowcat experience and PistenBully Pro Academy training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 3 years operating a snowcat at Palisades Tahoe.
• Online PistenBully Pro Academy training is required or provided post-hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 1–25 employees, train, assign work, and evaluate performance.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and safety standards.
• Oversee nightly grooming operations and delegate grooming tasks.
• Monitor grooming staff to maintain slope conditions.
• Assign duties, review work for safety and quality.
• Assist in training new employees.
• Submit Daily Snow Report accurately and timely.
• Perform all duties of Groomer III.
• Assist department management with seasonal reviews.
