Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Barber license in the state where work is performed.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and commissions.
• Physical ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provides individualized barbering services meeting client needs and expectations.
• Educates clients on LifeSpa and Salon products and treatments to maintain style.
• Acts as expert in hair analysis and maintenance and stays current with trends.
• Promotes LifeSpa and Salon products and services.
• Keeps station clean and follows salon standards.
