Job summary

Life Time LifeSpa-Barber role offers hair services and treatments that improve guests’ well‑being and enhance the club experience. Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of barber experience.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, and commissions.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Barber license in state where work is performed.

Responsibilities

• Provides individualized services that meet the clients’ needs and expectations.
• Educates clients on LifeSpa and Salon products, services, and treatments to assist them in maintaining their style.
• Serves as an expert in hair analysis, maintenance regimens while staying current in style and technique.
• Promotes LifeSpa and Salon products, services and treatments.
• Keeps certifications up to date and stays informed about new trends in the industry.
• Maintains work stations to salon standards.
