Petco is seeking a Grooming Salon Leader to oversee daily grooming operations, lead a team of groomers, and deliver exceptional care for pets in our grooming salon. You will coach staff, manage schedules, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining Petco's quality standards.

Responsibilities include hands-on grooming, staff training, performance coaching, and collaboration with store leadership to meet sales and service goals. Prior experience in grooming and leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years professional grooming experience
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities
• Excellent communication with pet parents and team
• Willingness to work weekends/evenings as needed
