Competenze

• 2+ years experience as a professional groomer or completion of a technical grooming training program.
• Strong leadership skills with 1-2 years experience in salon management or related field preferred.
• High-school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with pet parents and team members.
• Expert knowledge of dog breeds, grooming requirements, and breed-specific cuts.
