Petco is seeking a Grooming Salon Leader to oversee grooming salon operations and lead a team of groomers. You will deliver expert grooming services, coach staff, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will manage schedules, monitor performance, and collaborate with store management to meet salon goals, while advancing your grooming skills and leadership abilities in a dynamic pet-care environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience as a professional groomer.
• 1-2 years' salon management experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred, though not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication with pet parents and team members.
• Expert knowledge of breeds, grooming requirements, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day grooming salon operations and staffing.
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise grooming staff.
• Create efficient grooming schedules to maximize productivity.
• Monitor salon performance metrics and develop improvement plans.
