Qualifications

• Must provide own tools (clippers, blades, shears) or be willing to purchase.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Groom Shop, including scheduling, safety checklists, and salon audits.
• Hire and onboard all new Groomers and Groom Technicians, mentoring during training.
• Drive salon growth through customer outreach, events, and partnerships with rescue groups.
• Provide professional grooming services for dogs and ensure safety and well-being of animals.
• Enforce grooming SOPs and maintain cleanliness and record-keeping.
