You will lead scheduling, coaching, and performance, while maintaining safety and cleanliness in a dynamic grooming environment with state‑of‑the‑art equipment and strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience as a professional groomer.
• 1–2 years previous salon management experience preferred.
• High-school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interactions with pet parents and grooming team members.
• Expert knowledge of various dog breeds, grooming requirements and standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day grooming salon operations and scheduling.
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise grooming staff; provide coaching and evaluations.
• Create efficient grooming schedules to maximize productivity and cover peak hours.
• Monitor salon performance: revenue, customer satisfaction, and staff productivity.
• Lead expert grooming services: baths, nails, cuts, styling while ensuring safety.
