Job summary

Willamette Pass Resort in Oregon is seeking an experienced ski groomer to keep slopes and trails impeccably prepared for guests. You will operate snowcats and snowmobiles, assist with events, and perform routine maintenance while ensuring safety and quality across all grooming tasks.

Ideal candidates are comfortable working in variable weather, with a flexible swing or night schedule, and possess a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• At least three years of ski resort grooming experience is preferred, but not required.
• Valid, current, unrestricted driver’s license required.
• Ability to work in inclement weather conditions and during late-night hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ski slopes and trails for a safe, smooth, and enjoyable skiing experience for guests.
• Operate snowcats and snowmobiles to groom slopes and trails.
• Assist with resort events, such as races, ensuring courses are prepared and safe.
• Perform basic maintenance on grooming equipment as needed.
