Job summary

Sugar Bowl Resort is seeking a Groomer I to learn and perform grooming on its ski runs. You’ll gain hands-on experience operating snowcats, maintaining equipment, and delivering a consistent product for guests under supervision.

No prior grooming experience is required; dedicated training will guide you. This role offers night, swing, or day shifts in a vibrant winter environment with strong team support and guest-focus.

Qualifications

• No prior grooming experience required - we’ll train you.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Entry point into grooming with growth opportunities.
• Willingness to learn and work in extreme weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections and light servicing of equipment.
• Monitor and report equipment condition daily.
• Groom all assigned runs each night under training.
• Attend training and safety meetings, including orientation.
• Cross-train and assist other departments when needed.
