Jack Frost and Big Boulder Ski Resort in the mountains is seeking a Snowcat Operator for Winter Seasonal 2026/2027. You will groom and prepare snow surfaces for guests and work with a team to maintain trails and equipment.

The role requires safe operation of grooming machinery, English fluency, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced alpine environment. This seasonal position offers a competitive starting wage and access to resort benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• Experience working with and operating heavy machinery.

Responsibilities

• Safe operation of grooming equipment
• Prepare and groom ski area trails and surfaces
• Work collaboratively with others.
• Minimize downtime through preventative maintenance, cleanliness, and upkeep of machines.
• Other duties as assigned
