Job summary

Boreal Ridge Corporation seeks a Groomer/Cat Driver for Woodward Tahoe (Boreal and Soda Springs). Operate SnowCat, groom trails, and contribute to park builds and features.

Position offers experience with a world-class action sports facility in the Sierra Nevada, with housing, meals, and benefits included. Responsibilities include snowcat inspections, fueling, cab upkeep, and coordinating with grooming leadership to complete tasks.

Qualifications

• Valid US driver’s license.
• 18+ years old.
• Strong communication skills.
• Personal integrity and honesty.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Team-oriented and eager to learn.
• Ability to work outside in a cold alpine environment.
• Lift 50 lbs.
• Strong knowledge of skiing and snowboarding.
• Preferred experience: prior snowcat operating or heavy equipment experience.

Responsibilities

• Groom trails and provide highest quality snow surface for guests.
• Perform pre- and post-shift snowcat inspections, maintenance requests and fueling.
• Maintain a clean cab and snowcat.
• Work under the guidance of the grooming manager, supervisor or shift lead to complete grooming tasks, trail assignments and other duties.
• Build and maintain lift load/unload ramps and base area.
• Assist other departments when needed.
