Job summary

Pet Supplies Plus in Westerville, OH is seeking experienced groomers to join our pack. This commission-based role includes a $1,500 sign-on bonus for new hires with 1+ years of grooming experience, and opportunities for training and career growth.

You will groom, brush, bathe, and style pets per owners’ instructions and breed standards, ensuring safety and wellness. The role also involves community outreach, helping customers, and collaborating with store teammates; full-time benefits include

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of grooming experience with formal training certification and/or experience under an established certified groomer.
• Ability to move or lift merchandise, equipment or pets weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, bend or stoop for extended periods of time.
• Ability to provide your own equipment (clippers, blades, scissors, etc.).
• Flexibility in working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Candidates must pass drug screening (in applicable states) and be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Assisting store team members during grooming downtime.
• Continuing to develop skills and pet grooming techniques while growing your career.
