Job summary

Pet Supplies Plus is seeking Experienced Groomers to join our team in Deerfield, IL. The role involves grooming pets, following owners’ instructions and breed standards, and ensuring wellness and safety of furry patrons.

We offer a $1,500 sign-on bonus, commission-based pay with guaranteed minimum, ongoing training and career growth, plus benefits and PTO for full-time staff. Evening, weekend, and holiday flexibility is required. Apply to start growing your grooming career with us.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED.
• At least 1‑year or more of grooming experience with formal training certification and/or experience under an established certified groomer.
• Ability to move or lift merchandise, equipment or pets weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, bend or stoop for extended periods of time.
• Ability to provide your own equipment (clippers, blades, scissors, etc.).
• Flexibility in working evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Candidates must pass the drug screening (in applicable states) and be 18 years or older.

• Continuing to develop skills and pet grooming techniques while growing your career.

Compensation

This is a commission‑based role. Maximum pay may vary based on hours worked and weekly completed grooming services.
