Job summary

Pet Supplies Plus is seeking Experienced Groomers in Maryland to provide grooming services such as brushing, bathing, and conditioning while following owners’ instructions and breed standards.

The role offers a $1,500 sign-on bonus for hires with 1+ year of grooming experience, competitive commission-based pay with a guaranteed minimum, and opportunities for training and career growth. Candidates must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of grooming experience with formal training certification and/or experience under a certified groomer.
• Ability to move or lift merchandise, equipment or pets weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, bend, or stoop for extended periods of time.
• Ability to provide your own equipment (clippers, blades, scissors, etc.).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must pass drug screening (in applicable states) and be 18 years or older.
