• Ensures fresh, appealing displays; front-faces, checks codes, rotates stock, removes outdated items.
• Stocks shelves, bulk bins, frozen and dairy; maintains back stock.
• Monitors spoilage, communicates waste to buyers and leads staff.
• Assists with sampling; keeps areas clean and attractive.
• Completes spoilage, sampling, temperature, and worksheet records.
• Participates in periodic inventory checks and duties.
• Punctual, prepared, and ready to work; participates in trainings.
• Delivers excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling; answers phones promptly.
• Maximizes sales through proper prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising.
• Follows health, safety, and Weights & Measures procedures; maintains clean environment.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; ensures accurate pricing and signage.
• Reports safety hazards and follows up on violations.
• Completes other duties as assigned by leadership.
