Community Food Co-op is seeking a Grocery Team Member to help keep the store well-stocked, clean, and welcoming for shoppers. The role supports day or night shifts, focusing on stocking, customer service, and store readiness.

The position emphasizes merchandising standards, product rotation, and excellent customer care, with a union-backed environment and strong emphasis on safety and teamwork. Must be at least 18 and eligible for state food worker credentials.

Formación

• Experience delivering friendly, helpful service to customers in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills; attentive to detail.
• Interest in natural/organic products and willingness to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Provide courteous, knowledgeable customer service and assist with product questions and shelf replenishment.
• Receive deliveries, stock shelves, and maintain organized back-stock areas.
• Process invoices and ensure accurate pricing, labeling, and cleanliness in the department.
• Support store operations and participate in shift-specific duties as assigned by managers.
