Qualifications

• Retail experience with 24+ months, including 12+ months in a team leadership role.
• Strong customer service and teamwork mindset.
• Proven ability to hire, develop, mentor, and counsel team members.

Responsibilities

• Holds ATLs, supervisors and Team Members accountable for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Builds a positive work environment of outstanding teamwork, mutual respect and morale.
• Makes hiring and separation decisions.
• Monitors and achieves sales, purchasing, and labor targets.
• Maintains proper product assortment, merchandising, and inventory control.
• Establishes collaborative relationships with department leaders and vendors.
• Keeps knowledge of competitors and industry trends up to date.
• Sets and achieves high standards of retail execution.
• Responds to customer needs and questions to delight customers.
• Develops and motivates team members; provides coaching and evaluations.
