Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a Team Member with supervisory experience to support daily operations, merchandising, and team development in a fast-paced store environment. You will analyze sales, assist in labor planning, and maintain product knowledge while upholding food safety and regulatory standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, customer service excellence, and collaboration with the Team Leader to achieve store goals and a positive store image.

Qualifications

• 18+ months of retail Team Member experience and 6+ months of supervisory experience.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains creative store layout and product merchandising.
• Works with Team Leader to achieve sales, purchasing, and labor targets.
• Assists Team Leader in analysis of sales, reports and labor.
• Demonstrates advanced product knowledge and maintains awareness of new products.
• Maintains vendor relationships and ensures paperwork is submitted for processing.
• Acts as point person in absence of Team Leader.
• Sets high standards of retail execution and customer service.
• Directs Team Members to satisfy and delight customers.
