CROSSMARK is seeking a part-time Grocery Team Leader in Reading, PA. The role involves supporting merchandising and sales activities across assigned stores, working with the District Manager to drive field execution, train associates, and ensure store objectives are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in field merchandising and store visits preferred.
• Ability to work with store management and personnel.
• Comfort with using a smartphone app for reporting and communication.

Responsibilities

• Unload product from pallets and stock shelves.
• Build and maintain relationships with store management and staff.
• Unload/load product in backroom and dispose of trash as needed.
• Report service visits through a mobile application.
