Job summary

The Market Team Lead at CROSSMARK will drive merchandising and sales activities within an assigned territory, partnering with the District Manager to train associates and ensure store objectives are met on time.

Responsibilities include stocking shelves from pallets, building relationships with store management, reporting visits via mobile app, and supporting field execution across multiple stores in the Leesburg area.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be comfortable using mobile apps on a smart device.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to multiple stores per day.

Responsibilities

• Unload product from pallets and stock onto designated shelf locations.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with store management and personnel.
• Unload/load product in backroom and dispose of trash as needed.
• Report service visits through a mobile application.
