Job summary

CROSSMARK in Norwalk, Connecticut is seeking a Grocery Team Leader to support merchandising and sales activities across assigned stores. This part-time role partners with the District Manager to drive field execution, train associates, and ensure store objectives are met.

Pay rate is $22.00 per hour with travel to multiple stores as needed. Responsibilities include stocking, building relationships with store management, reporting visits via a mobile app, and maintaining call integrity to meet

Description and Requirements

The Market Team Lead role will support the planning, execution, and follow-up of merchandising and sales activities within an assigned territory. This posiiton will work closely with the District Manager to drive field execution, train, and develop associates, maintain call integrity and help ensure store-level objectives are completed accurately and on time.

What You'll Do:

• Unload product from pallets and stock onto designated shelf location.

What We’re Looking For

• Workdays vary by location. Most are Monday-Friday. Some require weekend availability.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Must be comfortable using and downloading applications to a smart device.

• Physical ability to regularly lift 25lbs and occasionally up to 50lbs on occasion.

• Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel to multiple stores per day.

• Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism.

• Bilingual in both Spanish and English is a plus!
