The role requires 1 year of management experience and strong communication to guide team actions and ensure consistent, friendly service that aligns with company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Rotational assignments in other areas of the store such as meat, bakery, produce and deli; also customer service and product flow experience is helpful.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly to team members and resolve conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Staffing, selection and hiring to meet staffing needs.
• Direct and supervise team members in day-to-day store operations.
• Drive store sales while meeting customer needs and maintaining standards.
• Manage P&L and shrink; ensure safety and training compliance.
• Mentor and coach team; promote advancement and development.
