PCC Community Markets in Issaquah, WA is seeking a Grocery Helper Clerk to provide excellent, professional customer service, stock and rotate grocery, dairy, frozen and bulk items, and assist with special orders and grocery questions. You will be the go-to person for questions and help maintain a clean, organized store environment.

Responsibilities include facing aisles, stocking, bagging when needed, and supporting the team to ensure safety and quality in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must provide excellent, professional customer service.
• Available to work evenings and weekends.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dependable with strong organizational skills and accuracy.
• Must meet physical demands including standing and lifting 10–40 lbs.
• A current Washington State Food Worker Card is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent, professional customer service.
• Stock and rotate grocery, dairy, frozen, and bulk products.
• Face grocery, dairy, and freezer aisles.
• Maintain organization of back-stock products.
• Be the go-to person for special orders and questions.
• Keep store clean and orderly at all times.
• May bag groceries and assist carryout.
• Work direct-store-delivery (DSD) orders when assigned.
• Ensure department sanitation, safety and cleanliness standards.
