You will train and direct store personnel, coordinate with department leadership, and perform store visits to ensure standards are met.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in grocery retail and people management, strong customer service skills, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in grocery retail.

• Willing to travel and have a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• TB clearance required.

We are seeking a highly motivated, customer service driven individual to join our team as Grocery Supervisor. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for store level execution on merchandising, quality, and financial performance for the Grocery department.

• Direct store on achieving financial objectives.
• Ensures merchandising and store conditions are to company standard.
• Acts as a liaison between the department director, district manager and store.
• Responsible for training and directing store personnel on operations, customer service and company or department initiatives.
• Conduct store visits and provide support to the store.

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Grocery retail, merchandising preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with people management preferred
• Must have customer service experience and working knowledge of Grocery products
• Must have working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must possess strong organizational and time management skills to manage special projects with decision making authority.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced, deadline driven environment

• Must be willing and able to travel
• Must have valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Must be able to lift, push, pull, carry a minimum of 50 lbs.
• TB Clearance required
