Job Opportunity: Store Director at Grocery Outlet Inc.

Grocery Outlet Inc. is seeking experienced grocery and retail managers to independently run a Grocery Outlet location. We partner with top local retail leaders interested in moving beyond management to operate their own store and share in the profits.

Responsibilities

• Make strong decisions regarding store operations, including ordering, merchandising, and staffing.
• Manage total store operations and the P&L.
• Create staffing models, hire, train, and retain employees.
• Utilize distribution channels to customize product offerings for your community.
• Build local partnerships to positively impact your community.
• Demonstrate strong drive and motivation.
