Operating a Grocery Outlet Requires

1. Strong decision-making skills for store operations (ordering, merchandising, staffing, etc.)
2. Responsibility for total store operations, including managing the P&L
3. Creating staffing models, hiring, training, and retaining employees
4. Utilizing existing distribution channels to customize product offerings for the community
5. Building local partnerships to impact the community positively
6. Strong drive and motivation
7. Being an ambassador for Grocery Outlet

Qualifications
