Grocery Outlet Inc. partners with top local retail leaders interested in moving beyond management to operate their own store and share in the profits generated.

Operating a Grocery Outlet Requires

1. Strong decision-making skills for store operations (ordering, merchandising, staffing, etc.)
2. Responsibility for total store operations, including managing the P&L
3. Creating staffing models, hiring, training, and retaining employees
4. Using existing distribution channels to customize product offerings for the community
5. Building local partnerships to make a community impact
6. Strong drive and motivation
7. Representing Grocery Outlet as an ambassador

Qualifications
