What we are looking for:

• Knowledge and passion for emerging technologies (APIs, Big Data, Native UI's) to incorporate into building great products
• Proficiency in SQL to build data strategies, identify insights, and troubleshoot issues
• Ownership of daily KPI setting and monitoring, requiring strong SQL/data analysis skills
• Comfort with backend products and challenging norms for team benefit
• Experience with large data files using SQL, Python, and/or R
• Customer-first mindset
• Ownership of daily product operations, including bug identification and leveraging data opportunities

What you’ll do:

• Lead teams of software and data engineers to design and deliver data platform features
• Understand enterprise data requirements and ensure compliance with standards
• Engage with users and stakeholders to understand needs and incorporate feedback into prioritization
• Create a vision and roadmap addressing stakeholder needs
• Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, designers, and engineers to refine the product and analyze results
• Build and maintain relationships with platform-dependent leaders and stakeholders
• Define, socialize, and monitor KPIs to evaluate project success

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience
• At least 1 year of product management or related experience (product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering
• 1+ years translating business strategies into digital products
• 1+ years working on core product platforms for digital experiences
• 1+ years as a product owner in an agile environment
