Grocery Outlet Inc. partners with top local retail leaders interested in moving beyond management to operate their own store and share in the profits.

Operating a Grocery Outlet Requires

• Strong decision making for store operations (ordering, merchandising, staffing, etc.)
• Responsibility for total store operations including managing the P&L
• Creating staffing models, hiring, training, and retaining employees
• Utilizing distribution channels to customize product offerings for the community
• Building local community partnerships
• Strong drive and motivation
• Being an ambassador for Grocery Outlet

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of retail management experience
