Job Opportunity: Store Director at Grocery Outlet Inc.

Grocery Outlet Inc. is seeking experienced grocery and retail managers who understand their stores inside and out to independently run a Grocery Outlet location.

We partner with top local retail leaders interested in transitioning from management to owning their store and sharing in the profits generated.

Responsibilities

• Make strong decisions regarding store operations, including ordering, merchandising, and staffing.
• Manage total store operations and oversee the P&L.
• Create staffing models, hire, train, and retain employees.
• Utilize existing distribution channels to customize product offerings for the community.
• Build local partnerships to positively impact the community.
• Demonstrate motivation and drive.
• Act as an ambassador for Grocery Outlet.
