You will ensure safety, sanitation, and customer service standards while directing effective team leadership. Prior supervision and strong organizational skills are essential for this full-time position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and strong computer basics.
• Capable of managing complex tasks and inventory control.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and supervise store staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
• Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods.
• Assign employees to specific duties.
• Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory-taking, reconciling cash receipts, or in performing services for customers.
• Inventory stock and reorder when inventory drops to a specified level.
• Keep records of purchases, sales, and requisitions.
• Enforce safety, health, and security rules.
• Recruit, interview, hire, train, evaluate personnel performance, demote, promote and terminate store employees when necessary.
• Assure all employees know, understand and follow company policies and standards.
